By using this website and placing an order with Gaurang Creations, you agree to these terms.
Products & made-to-order
Our pieces are hand-block printed and stitched to order. Slight variations in print, colour, and measurement are inherent to the craft and are not defects. Product images are representative.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in INR for India (paid via PhonePe) and charged in USD for international orders (paid via PayPal) at the conversion rate shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment succeeds. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Shipping & delivery
Orders within India are usually delivered in about 6 days, stitching included. Delivery is via Delhivery (or India Post where Delhivery is unavailable) and tracked. Timelines are estimates; customs duties on international orders are the recipient's responsibility. See our Shipping page.
Returns & refunds
As pieces are made to order, returns are limited to defective or incorrect items. See our Returns policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
